    • No exchanges for customized/personalized products or discounted items.
  • EXCHANGE PERIOD
    • Within 3 days of purchase for in-store items.
    • Within 7 days of receipt for online orders.
    • Amelie may decline exchanges if items are not returned within the specified period.
  • EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and not ironed.
    • Original tags, labels, and brand packaging must be intact.
    • Products must have no unusual odors.
    • Amelie will assess item condition before approving exchanges.
    • A purchase receipt is required.
  • EXCHANGE FEES
    • Customers cover two-way shipping costs.
    • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.
    • No refunds for the price difference when exchanging for a lower-priced item.
